Vehicles being sold must be titled to the person registering and free and clear of any liens. The seller's fee will be deducted from the seller's check, which will be printed and made out at the time that the buyer payment is made in full. If a vehicle does not sell, it must be removed from DAE property, or re-registered for the next sale no later than 5 p.m. the following Tuesday.

Vehicles purchased will be registered and titled to the buyer exactly how they are registered. Vehicles cannot be removed from DAE property until they are paid for in full. Buyers have until noon on the day after the sale to pay in full or a $50 per day late fee will be charged.

Title Delayed/Title Attached vehicles are sold with an announcement that the title is not on hand. The seller has 21 days to get the title to the auction. At this time, DAE will notify the buyer.

Temporary tags are included in the buyer's fee and will be issued to all public buyers. After purchasing a vehicle, proof of insurance must be shown in order for tags to be issued and for the vehicle to be able to be removed.
